Daily Practice

Welcome

My approach to teaching is simple:make movement feel welcoming, effective, and sustainable.

Around 90% of classes are built around a familiar full-body flow using proven stretches, mobility work, breath techniques, and grounding movement patterns that help clients progressively feel more relaxed, mobile, strong, and connected over time.

To keep every practice fresh and engaging, each class is sequenced differently, with new posture combinations, transitions, themes, and focuses woven into the session. The aim is to help you move beyond overthinking and simply lose yourself in the practice.

Many regular clients say they no longer need to constantly watch the screen because the verbal guidance is calm, clear, and easy to follow — allowing them to fully settle into the experience and focus on their breath, body, and movement.

Whether you are completely new to yoga and fitness or returning to practice after years away, Daily Practice is designed to meet you where you are.

At the heart of everything is a supportive, non-judgemental approach built around three simple principles:

  1. Respect your body
  2. Accept your imperfections
  3. Reconnect with yourself

The goal is not perfection. It is consistency, self-awareness, resilience, and learning how to feel at home in your body again.

Daily Practice exists to help make yoga, breathwork, meditation, and movement accessible through clear teaching, intelligent sequencing, encouragement, and a grounded sense of community.

Come as you are.Breathe. Move. Reset. And build your own Daily Practice.

About

Christian is a yoga, breathwork, meditation teacher, and qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people feel calmer, stronger, and more connected — both physically and mentally.

His teaching style is grounded, accessible, and encouraging, built around a simple philosophy:

Do the simple things well.

Rather than chasing perfection or extreme practices, Christian focuses on intelligent movement, breath awareness, consistency, and creating classes that people can genuinely return to and enjoy long term.

Drawing from a background as a former British Army officer, alongside the perspective and compassion developed through fatherhood, his approach blends structure, resilience, calmness, and humanity in equal measure.

His classes combine yoga, mobility, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement in a way that feels supportive rather than intimidating. Clients often describe his teaching as calming, clear, and easy to follow, allowing them to relax into the practice without constantly needing to watch the screen.

Christian is particularly passionate about making yoga and wellbeing accessible to real people living busy, demanding lives — whether they are complete beginners, experienced practitioners, stressed professionals, parents, athletes, or simply people looking for a little more space to breathe.

At the heart of every class is the belief that movement and breath can become powerful tools for:

  • reducing stress and anxiety
  • building resilience
  • improving mobility and strength
  • reconnecting with the body
  • creating moments of stillness in a busy world

His sessions are designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored, stronger, and more connected to yourself — both on and off the mat.

Above all, Christian aims to create a positive, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are.
