About

Christian Henwood is a passionate Yoga, Fitness & Meditation Teacher who loves to make all his practices accessible by following the simple mantra “do the simple things well!” 

His yoga, fitness and meditation practices are fused with self-love, mindfulness, strength, and compassion. His unique teaching style is derived from his journey from British Army Officer to Yoga Teacher and balanced with a compassion discovered when he became a father.

Christian steeps his practices in a positive, supportive and encouraging energy designed to help you find stillness enabling you to unleash your inner warrior!
